We met in Rome, GA December 2020 at International Paper. Sincerely, Cody approached me to offer any help since he had been hauling into IP for the last 10+ years. Given no contact information, I found him on Facebook and reached out to him in his DMs. ;) 

One day about a week later, we had our 1st date at the Applebee's in Rome, GA. As we spilled out our life stories laying everything out there on the table, shutting the joint down after several hours, it was like that Fancy song. 

We had similar interests as far as trucking, both similar ages approaching 30s, no kids, and never married meeting organically through a similar career path, seemed like He was God sent, an answered prayer. 

After a rocky start, both of us stubborn in our ways, it seemed like no matter how hard we tried to be apart from one another, the universe kept bringing us together passing each other on the Highway. So we gave in and decided to put our stubborn ways to a thing in the past and compromise to start a new life together. 

Building a friendship that grew into an inseparable relationship, we are excited to take the next step our life-long journey together!
